1. General Terms

  • All products, including Women’s Wear, Kurtis, Maxis, Kids’ Wear, Couple Wear, and Sarees, are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.

3. Product Accuracy

  • We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings and lighting, slight color variations may occur.

  • Fabric care instructions (such as “Dry Clean Only”) should be followed strictly; Shri Vishvalaya is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Each piece is uniquely crafted and customized to your size and preferences; returns are not accepted.
  • If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a clear, unedited unpacking video from the moment you open the package for exchange requests.
  • No Cash Refund Available, Only Exchanges are offered for damaged items. choose the same item or another product of equal value.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Tamilnadu: 3-4 business days from dispatch.
    Other states: 5-10 business days from dispatch (may extend up to 14 days depending on location)
    Business days exclude sunday and public holidays.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout.
  • Orders shipped via trusted couriers, tracking details provided after dispatch.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information (name, contact, address) is collected solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Governing Law

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
