1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Each piece is uniquely crafted and customized to your size and preferences; returns are not accepted.
- If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear, unedited unpacking video from the moment you open the package for exchange requests.
- No Cash Refund Available, Only Exchanges are offered for damaged items. Choose the same item or another product of equal value.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items purchased during Clearance Sales or special discount events.

Customized or altered clothing (e.g., blouses stitched to size or hemmed sarees).

Damages caused by improper washing or handling after purchase.
3. Exchange Process

4. Refunds

Product Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement.

Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, we typically offer an Exchange for another item of equal value.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent or defective product).
